Luckily we timed the drive so that both kiddo's would nap both ways. Baby E slept the entire way while N woke up for the last half hour in both directions but never really lost it just slightly complained while chowing down on snacks. It's a 2.5 hour drive and it was the first time N has made the trek with us. Baby E already made her debut in Pittsburgh a few weeks prior for a wedding but it was great to be able to bring N down to meet family for the holiday.
Brian's mom brought out a childhood chair that both N and baby E thoroughly enjoyed. Doesn't she look so relaxed watching Rudolph?
Rudolph was definitely a hit!
Some of us caught up on some napping while there.
Someone wore appropriate turkey gear for the big day!
It was great visiting with family.
N and baby E loved spending time with grandma and Uncle Kenny!
We arrived home rather late but just in time for good night kisses
Of course some cuddling too before the kids and Brian went to bed and I started out on my late night Black Friday adventure.

Baby E has really been enjoying her bumbo chair! This girl constantly wants to be sitting up and in on all the action going on around her.
Of course N has to give it a whirl too.
N has really wanted to be close and interact with baby E lately. She is very interactive and talkative these days so N is noticing her more and more and being more interactive with her. His newest trick is when she starts to cry/scream he will go right up to her and start screaming too which drives this mama bonkers at times but it's a phase right?!?!
Baby E has been working on her wii skills lately.
Meeko has been enjoying a cuddle partner even while she's swaddled.
My nephew GT spent the beginning of the week with my mom while my brother went hunting with the rest of the guys. N enjoyed having a playmate to play with. The two are almost an exact year apart in age but get along well with few squabbles.
Tonight I captured Brian dancing around with baby E which she just loves. You can see N in the background who was doing his own dancing routine along with them!
Also important to mention that Elf made his first appearance December 1st
N will point out where elf is throughout the day. He obviously doesn't comprehend the importance of elf but he knows to look for him each morning and finds amusement in pointing him out all day.
This naughty elf will be on the move through Christmas Eve before he returns back to the North Pole.
